Salazar is a directing team focused on documentaries and branded entertainment, with an emphasis on telling unique stories of individuals and their communities. Keeping it small in the room and big on the screen, Salazar is known for gaining access to the personal and emotional, while creating stories with dignity and aesthetic beauty.

Salazar completed their first feature documentary Wizard Mode in 2016, Vimeo’s first Vimeo Original Feature Film and most recently completed a 10 episode Viceland documentary series about independent professional wrestling around the world, entitled The Wrestlers.

With 12 Vimeo Staff Picks (second in the world), a juno and a grammy nomination, Salazar continues to collaborate and film with compelling subjects around the world.
